    Responsibilities

    • Door-to-Door Outreach: Engage with homeowners in designated territories to introduce Pacific Roofing and Renovation's services.

    • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives to conduct estimates and consultations.

The manager will be responsible for driving the company car, monitoring, and assisting team members in generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team. This role is crucial for maximizing our outreach efforts and directly contributes to our growth and success. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a proven track record in canvassing, excellent communication abilities, and a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Team Leadership & Management:

      • Lead, motivate, and train a team of canvassers to achieve daily and weekly targets.

      • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, provide feedback, and implement new strategies.

      • Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards.

      • Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, assisting with challenging situations and skill development.

      • Drive the team's overall productivity and success in lead generation and appointment setting.

    • Field Operations:

      • Drive and Accompany canvassers in designated territories, providing real-time guidance and support.

      • Assist canvassers in engaging with homeowners and introducing Pacific Roofing and Renovation's services.

      • Ensure proper territory management and efficient route planning for the team.
