Chris Havens
Founder and Lead Project Manager/Estimator
With over 20 years of experience in construction and development, Chris Havens brings a comprehensive, start-to-finish understanding of the building process. His background spans property acquisitions, detailed estimating, and hands-on project management—allowing him to guide projects strategically from initial evaluation through final completion.
Chris is known for doing things right the first time and for consistently going the extra mile to deliver high-quality results. An Army veteran, he applies discipline, integrity, and accountability to every project he leads.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his partner, traveling to the beach with their children, and getting outdoors with their dog.
Justin Lauer
Director of Sales and Marketing.
